Today I will be giving you 7 smoothie recipes to help you achieve your target body weight. One of my mentors always emphasized that adding one smoothie made of vegetables and one or two pieces of fruit is a great way to help reduce your daily caloric intake and provide your body with an abundance of healthy nutrients.
I also want to congratulate those of you who have been following our weight loss program and you are safely and steadily losing weight.
I applaud all of you for sticking to your goals and achieving weight loss. Losing weight and keeping a trimmer waistline is beneficial for improving your overall health and wellness, preventing diseases and of course it helps you look good and feel good. So many people come into our program wanting to lose weight to improve their physical appearance. But what they do not realize is that for most of us the whole process of losing weight begins with getting healthy.
And we help you with this by giving you a safe and healthy nutrition diet weight loss plan. Numerous studies have shown that being overweight/obese leads to a multitude of illnesses and diseases. Being overweight can lead to everything from diabetes, strokes, heart attacks and even cancer.
That’s why the medical associations have banded together and are emphatically recommending that doctors focus on treating obesity. And this can be achieved by focusing on a safe nutritional weight loss plan and adding some type of physical exercise. John’s Smoothie Recipe
- Small apple – 1, cored and seeded
- tangerines – 1, peeled
- spinach – 1 handful
- Combine everything in a blender, blend and enjoy.
Banana Peach Smoothie
- Banana – 1
- spinach – 1 handful
- small peach – 1
- Combine everything in a blender, blend and enjoy.
Morning Smoothie
- spinach – 1 handful
- kale – 1 handful
- bok choy – 1 handful
- Apple – 1, cored and seeded
- carrot – 2, peeled
- celery – 3 stalks
- small lemon – ½, peeled
- ground ginger – 1 teaspoon
- Combine everything in your blender, blend and enjoy.
Meagan’s Smoothie
- Small lemon – ½ peeled
- orange – 1 peeled
- strawberries – ½ cup
- spinach – 1 or 2 handfuls
- Combine everything in a blender, blend and enjoy.
Antioxidant Blast Smoothie
- Banana – 1
- orange – 1 peeled
- blueberries – ½ cup
- spinach – 1 handful
- kale – 1 handful
- Apple cider vinegar – 1 tablespoon
- flaxseeds – 1 teaspoon
- Combine everything in a blender, blend and enjoy.
Kiwi and Banana Smoothie
- spinach – 1 handful
- kale – 1 handful
- Kiwi – 1, peeled
- banana – 1, small peeled
- Combine everything in your blender, blend and enjoy.
Lisa’s Kiwi Blast
- spinach – 2 handfuls
- Kiwi – 1, peeled
- pear – 1
- Combine everything in a blender, blend and enjoy.
