- Combine all of the above ingredients into a high powered blender, blend and enjoy.
Nothing But Greens Smoothie
- Kale – 2 – 3 handfuls
- Apples – 2, cored and seeded
- Celery stalks – 6
- Just put all of these ingredients into the blender, blend and enjoy!
Super Green Smoothie
- Spinach – 3 handfuls
- Sprouts – 2 handfuls
- Pineapple – ½ cup
- Raspberries – frozen, 1 cup
