We asked 4 people to experiment and make a great tasting smoothie using wheatgrass as one of the ingredients and our Solutions 4 Protein Powder. - apple – 1, cored and seeded
- wheatgrass – 1 handful
- spinach – 1 handful
- Our Solutions 4 protein powder – 2 scoops
- Unsweetened non-dairy beverage – 1/2 to 1 cup
- Combine in a blender and enjoy.
Kira’s Smoothie
- pear – 1, cored and seeded
- wheatgrass – 1 handful
- kale – 1 handful
- Unsweetened non-dairy beverage – 1/2 to 1 cup

Kim’s Paleo Smoothie
- berries – 1/2 cup

- chia seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Unsweetened non-dairy beverage – 1/2 to 1 cup

I just want to touch the topic of exercise and weight loss. There are a multitude of exercises and exercise routines that a person can do to lose weight, build muscle, increase endurance and improve your cardiovascular health. Each type of exercise will give a certain result.
For example if someone would practice an exercise routine of consistently lifting heavy weights they would develop big thick muscles. Conversely, if your focus is on aerobic exercise, for example walking this would help you burn calories, burn body fat and improve your cardiovascular health.
