In today’s article we are giving you five great smoothie recipes that are delicious and loaded with great nutrition. Kiwi and Apples Smoothie Paradise
- small apple cored and seeded – 1
- mustard greens – 1 handful
- stalks of celery – 7
- small Kiwi – 1 peeled
- ice cubes – 5
- Combine all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender, blend and enjoy!
Peach Party Time Smoothie
- small apple cored and seeded – 1
- small peach – 1
- bok choy – 1 handful
- celery – 5 stalks
- Combine everything into a high-powered blender, blend and enjoy!
Pineapple Surprise Smoothie
- broccoli florets – 1 handful
- spinach – 1 handful
- pineapple chunks – 1 cup
- stalks of celery – 7
- Combine everything into a high-powered blender, blend and enjoy!
The Kitchen Sink Smoothie
- kale – 1 handful
- broccoli florets – 1 handful
- spinach – 1 handful
- pineapple chunks – 1 cup
- carrots – 3
- combine all of the above ingredients into a blender, blend and enjoy!
All Things a Green Smoothie Plus a Little Sweetness
- broccoli florets – 1 handful
- kale – 1 handful
- bok choy – 1 handful
- celery stalks – 7
- mustard greens – 1/2 handful
- peach – 1 small
- small apple cored and seeded – 1
- Just place everything into a blender, blend and enjoy!
I hope you enjoy these recipes is much as we do. And if you like you can add ice to any of them. Some of the recipes are going to make a very large smoothie so it might actually be enough for 2 servings.
