Today I am posting 6 great recipes for you to make smoothies by just adding some ice or you can skip the ice and have great juice drinks. Each recipe makes 2 servings and if you need to limit your sugar intake you can dilute the recipes by adding water or use less fruit for your drinks.

Fresh Pear
- Ingredients:
- Pears- 3
- Cucumber- ½
- Fresh mint- 1 small bunch
- Chop up pears and cucumber. Add all ingredients to blender. Mix until smooth. Enjoy!
Nutrients: Beta-carotene, Folic acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium
*Tummy Soother
- Ingredients:
- Pears- 2
- Carrots- 2
- Pineapple- ½
- Ginger root- ½ in
- Chop all ingredients, then add to blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

*Pineapple Tang
- Ingredients:
- Pineapple- 1
- Lime- 1
- Chop pineapple and lime. Place in blender, mixing until smooth. Enjoy!

*Black Pineapple
- Ingredients:
- Pineapple- ½
- Blackcurrants- 1 handful
- Blackberries- 1 handful
- Begin by washing off ingredients. Chop up pineapple. Place all ingredients in blender, mixing until smooth. Enjoy!!
