You may add ice cubes or water to these recipes to make the consistency you prefer. These recipes include general portion sizes of vegetables so most of these recipes will make two servings. - Kale – 1 handful
- Spinach – 1 handful
- Beet – 1
- Peeled cucumber – 1
- Ground Ginger – 1 teaspoon

- Combine everything in a blender and enjoy!
Spring Smoothie Special
- Kale – 1 handful
- Brussel sprouts – 1 handful
- Cored and seeded Apple – 1 small
- Peeled lemon – 1/2 small
- Romaine lettuce – 6 leaves
- Peeled orange – 1 small
- Combine everything into a blender and enjoy!
Doc’s Cleansing Smoothie
- Peeled lemon – ½
- Fennel – ¼ bulb
- Celery – 5 stalks
- Bok choy – 6 leaves
- Place all of the ingredients into a high powered blender and enjoy!
Apple Mint Smoothie
- Spinach – 1 cup
- Wheat grass – 2 handfuls
- Peeled lemon – 1 small
- Cored and seeded apples – 2
- Fresh mint – 8 Springs
- Combine everything in a blender and enjoy!
Pineapple Breeze
- Peeled pineapple – 1 cup
- Peeled cucumber – 1
- Cilantro – ¼ cup
- Spinach – 1 cup
- Combine in the blender and enjoy!
Smoothie for a Healthy Body
- Carrots – 4
- Celery stalks – 4
- Cored and seeded Apple – 1
- Parsley – 1 cup
- Broccoli florets – 1 handful
- Asparagus spears – 5
- Just combine everything in a blender and enjoy!
The Quad Smoothie
- Kale – 1 handful
- Spinach – 1 handful
- Peeled cucumber – 1
- Honeydew – ¼ of a melon, please remove the rind
- Place everything into a blender, blend and enjoy!
The Triplets Smoothie
- Cored and seeded Apple – 1
- Spinach – 2 handfuls
- Pear – 1 cored and seeded
- Combine everything in a blender and enjoy!
