Guilt Free French Toast Recipe No Carbs
In our Philadelphia Medical Weight Loss Program you can enjoy delicious recipes like this French toast and still lose weight .Most everyone I know loves french toast so here is a yummy no carbohydrate version.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 4 TBSPS ricotta (or cream cheese)
- dash cinnamon and nutmeg
- 2 packets of Splenda
Directions:
Heat frying pan. Mix all ingredients together. Melt some butter in small frying pan and pour batter in, spreading a little. Brown on one side, and flip, and brown other side.
Serves 1 big eater @ 4 carbs
