The recipes I am sharing with you today are: Keto Cinnamon Yogurt Smoothie, Keto Banana Nut Smoothie and our Keto Nut Berry Smoothie Blend. In these recipes I have listed unsweetened coconut milk and unsweetened almond milk but you are free to use any of your favorite non-dairy beverages and any amount to make the smoothie to your preferred consistency. And if bananas cause too much of a sugar spike you can replace them with a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of blueberries, blackberries or raspberries.
Here are the recipes:
Keto Cinnamon Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup coconut milk – unsweetened
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
- 1/4 tsp fresh cinnamon
- Combine everything into a blender and enjoy!
Keto Banana Nut Smoothie
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- ¼ cup macadamia nuts
- Vanilla extract to taste
- Combine everything into a blender and enjoy!
Keto Nut Berry Smoothie Blend
- Almond milk – 1 cup unsweetened
- Macadamia nuts – ¼ cup
- Raspberries -½ cup
- Greek yogurt – 1 cup
- Flax seeds – 1 tbsp
- Monk fruit extract to taste
- Combine everything into a blender and enjoy!
